Lime & Red Curry Wings recipe

Since we can't entertain for the Superbowl in large groups this year consider making your at-home celebration a bit more interesting with a Wing Tasting!

If you are looking to take a break from the traditional wings, then this recipe is for you! These wings get tossed in a Red Curry - Lime butter that's full of flavor. And the chopped cilantro adds an additional pop of color and zing to the wings.

 4 lbs chicken wings
 Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling 
 Salt and freshly ground pepper 
 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened 
 1 tablespoon Thai red curry paste 
 1 teaspoon soy sauce
 1 tablespoon honey 
 Juice and finely grated zest of 1 lime 
 2 tbsp chopped cilantro


Step 1
Preheat the oven to 475°. Spread the wings on 2 large baking sheets. Drizzle with olive oil, season with
salt and pepper and toss. Bake the wings for about 40 minutes, or until browned and crisp.
Step 2
In a large bowl, blend the butter with the curry paste, soy sauce, lime juice and zest and honey. When
the wings are done, transfer them to the bowl and toss with the butter until well coated. Transfer the
wings to a platter and serve with sprinkled cilantro.
