CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
HAPPINESS GUARANTEE

HESTIA HARLOW takes pride in creating the ideal curated experience for all our customers. Special care and attention to detail is taken to ensure your order arrives on time and as expected. It is our desire that all Hestia Harlow customers be completely satisfied with their rentals or purchases.

HOW IT WORKS

All Hosting and Holiday rental orders can be cancelled with refund or modified up to 21 days prior to your event date. Restocking fees may be charged inside of 21 days. No modifications or refunds will be honored 7 days before your Hosting date. While we cannot guarantee adding place settings to your order inside 14 days, we will try our best to fulfill any last-minute requests prior to your rental order shipping. If any item is broken during the initial shipment or is defective will be replaced to you at no charge prior to your event date.

Hearth & Home products may be returned for a full refund up to 15 days after purchase. Products returned 15-30 days will receive store credit. After 30 days all purchases are considered final with no refund.
