Our rental collection boxes ship nationwide at a flat rate of $35 each.
Box dimensions are 28x15x15” and weigh approximately 40lbs.
We ship via FedEx or UPS ground. Your box(es) will arrive 1-2 days prior to selected event date.

If shipping to a hotel, vacation home, or rental please inform us at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate the delivery date according to your travel itinerary.
If an item is broken or defective upon arrival, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 775.442.7569. We will expedite a replacement at no charge.
Please do not throw away your box, packing materials, or foam inserts. Charges may apply for missing packing materials or broken items.
After your event, please wipe down your dinnerware/glassware. Then place the items in the supplied plastic bags and the designated foam slots.
Once all items are packed, place the included return label on top of the previous shipping label and use the packing tape to seal the box.
Place the box on your doorstep the following morning for its scheduled pickup.
Pickups are scheduled between 10am –6pm the day after your event. If your event is over a weekend, your pickup will be scheduled for the following Monday.
