Our linens ship nationwide. Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your address in the US.
We ship via FedEx or UPS ground. Your linen(s) will arrive 1-2 days prior to selected event date.

If your linen is damaged or dirty upon arrival, please email help@hestiaharlow.com or call 775.442.7569. We will expedite a replacement rental linen at no charge.
Please do not throw away your linen return bag. Charges may apply for missing packing materials or returned damaged linens.
After your event, please brush off linen and place in the supplied shipping bag(s).
Once linen(s) are packed, ensure return label is present and visible on the included on the return shipping bag.
Place the bag on your doorstep the following morning for its scheduled pickup.
Pickups are scheduled between 10am –6pm the day after your event. If your event is over a weekend, your pickup will be scheduled for the following Monday.
