ROME, ITALY - We discovered this exceptional restaurant in Rome four years ago, and have been going back again and again. Run by sisters, this modern Italian eatery serves up, in my opinion, some of the best food in the city. From the daily house-made focaccia to their contemporary take on many classic Italian dishes. Deconstructed zucchini blossoms, Cacio e Pepe with raw red shrimps, to sublime pasta's and salads. This is a must visit restaurant.
